Prices ? all prices are in GB pound sterling ? and are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5%. Prices may change without prior notice.

Payment accepted ? Cash, Switch & Credit card. Credit  card payments subject to a 2% surcharge.

Despatch Times ? we aim to despatch all orders within 14 days subject to stock availability. If we cannot back order an item for you we will contact you to advise  of the situation and provide you with the option of cancelling your order.

All prices quoted are for own pick up.

Delivery charges ? product prices do not include delivery, this is quoted on request. Where we are unable to deliver personally, a national carrier can be arranged and charged accordingly at their rates. We will advise you of delivery costs prior to completion of your order.

Assembly ? items are supplied in kit form for easy self assembly. Full instructions are included. An assembly   service  may be available in your area, garden furniture from ?15 per item. Please ask for details.

Sheds ? Garden shed erection and base construction may be available on request. Please ask for details and costs. Shed erection only available on a solid level base constructed by customer.

Direct mailing & privacy policy ? we may from time to time send you details of any new products or promotions, however, we will not disclose customer?s details to any third parties.

Complaints procedure ? While we aim to avoid complaints by providing a high quality service, we recognise that an essential part of any quality service is the provision of an efficient complaints procedure. Any complaints should be sent to us at our e-mail address. Complaints should be made within seven days of the complaint first arising. We shall endeavour to respond within five working days, with the intention of resolving all complaints fairly, confidentially, effectively and courteously.
